Dan brings more than 25 years of experience in technical sales, business development, and sales leadership across the fluid power and industrial manufacturing industries. Throughout his career, he has helped OEMs solve complex engineering challenges by combining technical expertise with a consultative, customer-first approach.
His background includes hydraulic and pneumatic sealing systems, engineered sealing technologies, power transmission, and industrial fluid conveyance.

Dan's experience allows him to work closely with engineering, operations, and purchasing teams to develop practical solutions that improve equipment performance, manufacturability, and long-term reliability.
At Aurelius Manufacturing, Dan will focus on expanding relationships with OEM manufacturers across agriculture, construction, forestry, material handling, municipal equipment, mining, and other mobile hydraulic markets. From concept through production, he'll help customers optimize custom hydraulic cylinder designs while delivering the responsiveness and partnership Aurelius has been known for for nearly a century.
